Information for prospective students

  1. Puerto Rico Baptist College is an independent fundamental Baptist college.
  2. PRBC is local-church oriented and promotes the local church as the institution established by our Lord Jesus Christ for the preservation, proclamation and defense of the Gospel of Christ.
  3. PRBC accepts students from all ethnic and racial backgrounds and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color or national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational requirements, admissions policies, work scholarship program, athletics, social programs or any other programs administered by the College.
  4. PRBC does not receive any financial aid from the federal government (U.S.A) nor from the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
  5. This school is authorized under Federal law to enroll nonimmigrant alien students.
  6. PRBC is a member of the American Association of Christian Colleges and Seminaries and is registered in the State Department of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico as a non-profit religious educational institution.
  7. PRBC has been in operation for over 35 years and has
    graduates serving the Lord in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, the Caribbean Islands, Spain, South America, Central America, Mexico and the United States.
  8. PRBC is known for its emphasis on academic standards, Biblical discipline, defense of the Faith, evangelism, and the local church.
  9. PRBC stands for the old-fashioned Gospel, exalts the Lord Jesus Christ, and believes in the inerrant, inspired Word of God.
  10. PRBC uses the King James version of the Bible in its classes and chapel programs in English and the Reina Valera version of the Bible in its classes and chapel programs in Spanish.
  11. PRBC is also known as Colegio Universitario Bautista de Puerto Rico.
  12. PRBC has a well-qualified faculty composed of men and women who love the Lord and His work and who desire to train workers for the Lord’s vineyard.
  13. PRBC has a code of conduct which every student must read and sign each semester declaring that he or she will abide by this code while a student at PRBC.
